Tomoko accepted the helmet and nodded her appreciation - though now that her nerves were calming down after her quick admission, she was becoming more aware that something was nagging at her senses - that something was telling her there were small things that were wrong in this situation. While she merely seemed frazzled and nerve-wracked, he, on the other hand, seemed... sad, despite his words. Why would he be sad, though? Was there any reason to be sad?

She stepped closer to him, and tentatively laid a hand on his. "...Ryusei-san, are you all right?" If he wasn't, then it'd be more than all right if they were to postpone this... date of theirs. It would only be right, she thought, to think of him before anything else.
